Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Call of Anime mobile game and callofanime.com. By downloading, accessing, or using either, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and play Call of Anime. If you are under the age required by your country to consent to data processing, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Services, you agree not to:

  • Use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage;
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other players;
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the App, Site, or backend services;
  • Buy, sell, or trade accounts outside of the official App;
  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Virtual items and purchases

The App may offer in-game currency and items for purchase. All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed to you, not sold — you do not own them outright.

5. Intellectual property

Call of Anime, its logo, artwork, and in-game content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

6. Third-party services

The Services rely on third-party providers (such as Firebase, Google Play, and the Apple App Store) to function. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by these third parties.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of progress, virtual items, or data.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, including discontinuing the Services altogether.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
