This Privacy Policy explains how Call of Anime ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Call of Anime mobile game (the "App") and visit callofanime.com (the "Site"), together the "Services."

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: when you sign in with Google or Apple, or register a username, we receive a unique identifier, and where provided, your email address and display name.
• Gameplay data: your castle level, alliance membership, battle history, in-game currency and items, rankings, and other progress data.
• Device and usage data: device model, operating system, app version, language settings, crash logs, and how you interact with the App (e.g. screens viewed, features used, session length).
• Purchase information: when you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive confirmation of the purchase and the item purchased, but we do not receive or store your full payment card details.
• Push notification tokens: a device token used to deliver notifications such as "castle recharged" or "kingdom war ending."
• Website data: when you visit callofanime.com, our hosting provider and analytics/advertising partners may collect standard log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and set cookies, including cookies used for advertising (see Section 5).

2. How we use information

• To operate core gameplay features: accounts, alliances, battles, kingdom wars, rankings, and rewards.
• To send push notifications about events relevant to your account.
• To process in-app purchases and prevent fraud.
• To monitor app stability and fix crashes and bugs.
• To understand how players use the App and Site so we can improve them.
• To show relevant advertising in the App and on the Site, and to measure ad performance.
• To communicate with you if you contact us for support.

3. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:

• Firebase (Google) — authentication, push notifications (Cloud Messaging), crash reporting (Crashlytics), and product analytics (Firebase Analytics).
• PostHog — in-app product analytics used to understand feature usage and improve retention.
• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) — used to display advertising within the App.
• Google AdSense — used to display advertising on callofanime.com and may use cookies to personalize ads based on your visits to this and other websites.
• Apple Sign in with Apple / Google Sign-In — used for account authentication.
• Apple App Store / Google Play — used to process in-app purchases.

4. Cookies

callofanime.com uses cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, analytics, and advertising. Advertising cookies (including those used by Google AdSense) may be used to show ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where applicable, through Google's Ads Settings.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with the third-party service providers listed above so they can perform the functions described in this policy, and we may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

6. Data retention

We retain account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you return, or as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see Section 8.

7. Children's privacy

Call of Anime is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@callofanime.com and we will take steps to delete it.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@callofanime.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

9. International data transfers

Our service providers may process and store data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers as provided by our third-party processors.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate, additional notice within the App.
